Our last stop in England was such a treat…Fingals. Off the beaten path and eccentric- we loved it! As we drove in through the gate we felt like we had entered another world. The gardens are gorgeous and while we didn’t get to play tennis, we loved seeing the grass court from the balcony. The Folly welcomed us with its quirkiness, and we kept discovering new things with every turn. We loved the comfortable bed downstairs set by the creek and were delighted by the large, handmade toilet seat! The kitchen made us feel right at home- it was stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals and lots of tea. The living room is a great space to hang out in to listen to records, the BBC, and just look out the window at the fabulous sky, hills, and flowers at the fabulous Fingals. We highly recommend for a memorable stay in Devon.
