New to 2023 we would like to introduce you to The Manor Farmhouse at Fingals a luxury holiday home in Devon. A lovely big, comfy old farmhouse with loads of space surrounded by a mature garden, perfect for family and friends holidays.

There’s a calm vibe here with plenty of room for everyone, old sash windows through which light gushes in, cozy bedrooms with sumptuous beds, feather pillows, thick fabrics, lovely linen, extra comfy mattresses, large squishy sofas and bathrooms galore. The farmhouse, built 1800s (although there was a building on the site in 1066!), sleeps twelve and has a charming country house style with a glorious mix of textures and a lot of family memorabilia; ideal for families/big groups.  

There are also plenty of nooks and crannies for the less than sociable to hide with a book, both inside and out, the Manor Farmhouse offers an easy-living, friendly home for all ages. Underfloor heating in the kitchen, proper working shutters in the library, a panelled dining room and a big fireplace in the sitting room keep things extremely cosy when it’s chilly outside, and there’s a library/TV room filled with books and board games for rainy days. When the sun shines you can go out onto the south facing terrace from the the kitchen which is within calling distance of the garden; loads of work space and a large table mean everyone can join in. You’ll discover all the basics in the cupboards, a utility room, an outside hose for muddy humans and dogs.  A welcome hamper of local produce from the South Hams is waiting too.

Balmy evenings are for outdoors: let the children safely play, and unwind in the palpable peace. The garden is just under half an acre with an immaculately kept grass tennis court. Enjoy snooker, table tennis, table football in the Games room, the shared heated indoor pool with sauna, and a gym.
